Welcome to Picture Perfect
Each week a theme will be posted up on Thursday, and you are invited to put up your best picture with that theme in mind, it should be just
"ONE and ORIGINAL"
(i.e not off the internet)
Then come back and post a comment on this page
so that everyone can link to your blog and see your pic.
By all means mention your camera and lens used, and if the picture has been altered or enhanced in anyway! Out of the box thinking is encouraged!!
Please open your page for viewing for all for that day...and then visit as many others as you can! Try and post a decent size pic on your blog page, so much is lost if the pic is too small or too big.
The entries will close at midnight on Friday

Out Of My brains Comes Stuff
Thanks to Tint, I do have an entry for this week. My writing, although it is more my passion than a hobby. To the right is roughly 685 poems and 138 short stories, not counting a novel in progress, and another three dozen I have written since about three years ago.
I first started writing in 1963, but never became focused as a writer until the mid to late 80's. Writing for me, releases all the energy stored within me, allows me to create a place where I, or the reader can soak up a bit of fantasy and either smile or be amazed or even aghast. I don't stay in one genre` either ... I don't like limitations ... so if you like fantasy, science fiction, romance, drama, horror, westerns, comedy, children's stories, then you'll find it somewhere in my writings. Several of my stories as well as poetry/prose and some Haiku can be found over my way. If you ever get the urge to stop over ... feel free. Like I tell everyone ... the door is never locked.
(Camera is my Cannon PowerShot A540 shot at 1:56 a.m. 4/11/08)

Right To Write
*
Alone in thought
to create madness
from nothing;
to create adventure
which others
can be exhilarated in,
is a small price well spent;
for hours spent alone.
*
The right to write,
centered in madness,
never seen until finished.
*
The right to write,
alone in thought,
with an adventure to be found.
*
The writer becomes everyone,
from hero to villain,
fiction to reality;
describing life and death,
sorrow, love and humor.
From a Villa in France,
a murder mystery in the orient,
to an old-fashioned romance.
*
… and the writer
lives it all.
