This is known as Balancing Rock, which resides in a place called Garden of the Gods, in Colorado Springs, CO. I consider this magical for a couple reasons. First, this huge boulder sets on top of a flat rock, unaided or held up by invisible wires and has been this way well over several hundred years. It is a piece of natural wonder to stay balanced this way without ever tumbling off it's perch. It also holds special magical powers for the Pueblo Indians that live in and around the area. For generations, they have come to this rock to pray, and many have said their prayers have been answered over the years just by kneeling before it in tribal fashion and speaking their words before this empowering rock, which weighs over 3,000 pounds. I probably have about 100 photo's of the Garden's, I find it a very fascinating place with a stout history and have seen things happen there that wouldn't happen at any other time or place. Here, you can read about one such event that takes place there:

I did crop out a portion of this photo, as I wanted nothing to pull your eyes away from this. Again, this was taken with my Canon PowerShot A540 at max zoom.
Prayer Above
I come to you, my strength,
before the eagle sunlight eye,
asking for all things great and small
to surround my People,
that they may continue their ways;
to live as brother and sister
beyond time
until all reach your home.
I sit before you in grace,
praying for peace among brother,
praying for guidance for our future,
that our children live long lives,
and one day come to you
for strength,
for guidance,
for supplication.
Of this, my life is yours,
without question
that my People prosper.
Return me to where I came from
that my People live in peace.
Peace,
a word long forgotten,
return its memory to us
for the ages of those yet to be.
My tears fall for them.
